It is now official: my thesis is finished. After 2 years spent at laser tables, microscopes, in the laboratory, and analyzing data with MATLAB, I have finally printed the final version of my diploma thesis! Due to a quirk in the university rules, this gives me two degrees in one go:
- a German diploma in Physics
- a master of science degree
The title: Fluorescence microscopy of colloidal silver nanoparticles immobilized on a glass surface: Emission spectra, power-law blinking and memory in the intermittent emission intensity
